Frequently Asked Questions

Q) Do I need power and water?

A) Yes. We provide up to 100 feet of garden hose and electrical extension cords. You simply need to have a standard garden hose bib and 110v electrical outlet. (The larger restroom requires 2 separate 20 amp circuits to operate both air-conditioner units). If power is an issue you may also rent portable generators. We also require that the restroom trailer is parked on a hard level surface so that the steps can be safely navigated.

Q) Are they handicap accessible?

A) No. At this time we do not have an ADA compliant restroom trailer.

Q) Can I pick them up myself?

A) No. Unfortunately our insurance does not allow for customers to tow or move the restrooms at any time.

Q) Is there toilet paper and soap in them?

A) Yes. All restrooms are fully stocked with soap, paper towels and toilet paper. It is always a good idea to have some extra on hand just in case.

Q) How long is the rental for?

A) The rental is “per event” For a wedding we typically deliver on Friday and pick up on Sunday or Monday. Delivery is flexible and can easily work around your schedule.

Q) Do I need event insurance?

A) Yes. Our contract states that we need to be listed as “an other covered insured” on either your homeowner’s policy or event insurance for the duration of your event.

Q) Is there a deposit, and when do we pay the balance due?

A) We take a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the event. In addition we also require a fully refundable 25% security deposit. This separate security deposit can be made by check, or with a credit card. The balance due shall be paid in full the week prior to your event.
